Started Teachers Making a Difference from his passion to help others and from his experience with an adopted brother-in-law, Justin. In 2007 Euan went with two other teachers to Makaphutu Children's village and officially partnered with them and their worthy mission. He hopes that those who would like to join in the cause and change a life one at a time, would sign up and find out how they can MAKE A DIFFERENCE! A little more about Euan... He graduated from the University of Texas at Dallas and has been teaching 5 years. He is currently a science teacher at Berkner High School. Euan is originally from South Africa and grew up during the very tumultuous apartheid era in which he witnessed many injustices. It was from this background that his passion for helping those in need arose. Since his adopted brother-in-law died at the young age of 4 due to complications from AIDS he has been motivated to help those who are afflicted with this dreadful disease. “Traveling back home to help those children affected by AIDS is a trip well worth taking and I believe that by donating to this worthy cause you too can play a vital part in helping make these children’s lives a little richer and perhaps somewhat easier!” |
